The lifestyle of an Ewok was always a dream. Then hearing about a couple who created an off-grid tree house community and wanted to collaborate on some projects… well, the dream began to become reality.
Nestled in the jungles of southern Costa Rica, Finca Bellavista is pioneering sustainable development in Central America. Equipped with solar power and hydro power on the near horizon, water harvested from springs and the sky, bio-digesters managing sewage and a plethora of gardens this community is truly doing justice to the word “sustainability”. A true inspiration for the unfoldings of how we can cultivate our communities back home.
It was an honor to be a part of this community for our month-long stint in la jungla and were posed with an adventurous and challenging project of adapting their ” Pointers Sheet ” ( which was a stack paper with intricate details on everything one needs to know about a quest down to the Finca) into an entertaining, insightful and comprehensive video.
We hope your curiosity brings you to the unknown realms of the jungle, to experience the wonders of living like an Ewok and discover pura vida.

Reminiscing of summer and cultivating that nomadic flow and perpetuating the love of the moment. Nowhere but now, 4 brothers embark west with a van equipped with gear to adventure any sort of terrain that comes across their path and open hearts ready to discover what ever the wind’s wisdom blows.
In our latest collection, Hibernation, we wanted to have our clothing more than just.. clothes. We wanted a purpose behind them, serving social and environmental justice. We are proud to say that this is our first full organic cotton and hemp collection as well we used techniques of up-cycling (using old material to make new material). More than just what plants we are using we are EXTREMELY proud of backing a non for-profit. We bought all of our organic cotton sweaters from a group called Not For Sale in collaborations with Cochrane local skate shop, SHREDZ.
The Not For Sale Campaign collective challenge is simple: stand with those who are enslaved, work together to free them, and empower them in their freedom to break cycle of vulnerability.
For the launch of “Hibernation” we took all the door donations and donated it to this wonderful community. Thank you to everyone who made it out to the night and supported their cause. We raised $395 that evening. Big thanks to everyone who make it happen!

Within me is a growing passion. A passion for consciously challenging the capabilities of my physical and mental self. Its to no surprise that upon the recent discovery of Rock Climbing I fell in love immediately (I think before i even left the ground). As with all love, you can’t reason as to why or what…. With Rock climbing its everything involved in the process from planning your adventure to splitting gas bills so you can make it home to plan the next..
Among all the amazing aspects of climbing I really enjoy being able to go and see places so few get to see; Some of the most beautiful views, landscapes and structures mother nature can offer us. Its incredible. One of my favorite places to get down(or up) with some climbing buddies is at Lake Louise. The Quartzite rock is gorgeous and the views of the surrounding peaks or looking down on the emerald blue is spectacular.
