Ending up their season living up the mountain lifestyle in good fashion, loving and living every moments to bits, Enjoy The Process has been a testament to creating the life you want to live.

After a season living it up in Revelstoke, shredding pillows upon pillows our good friends from NZC Films, Jas and Grim, put together a bangin’ edit. Capturing the lifestyle and the pure joy of what snowboarding is all about, they placed 2nd in the Soceity Mountain Film Festival with this little diddy. Big ups brothers!

To remember, honor and embody with courage the feminine quality will coincide with sustainable evolution. The blade has been slicing and dicing for too long, with too many ego driven intentions, disconnected from a holistic vision. The time of the chalice, the time to listen, the time to nurture is in now.
The creative process of this piece has been quite an adventure. It started as a live painting at the Earth Healing Mandala, charging the first strokes with intentions of unity and serenity. Then moved down to the East Village for a live painting session with the Bass Bus, embedding it with some deep, sonic vibrations. And finally coming to completion at Ubu for the world premier of a cinematic theater synergy of “New York Land”. Born from adventure and spontaneous flow this piece’s creative process was thoroughly shared and enjoyed.

A Winter to Remember, Words and Pictures from Nothern BC
The past couple of month’s I have been living the Ski bum life up in Northern BC in Terrace.
Terrace is a place that has truly captured my heart.. If I was to sum it up in one word it would be that all time Favorite..EPIC
It is a place where I find myself at one with me…I am a happy person with a smile on my face…I love everything there is there for me…
The people, the skiing, the mountain, mother nature at her purest and rawest…I love the crazy winds and snow storms and I love the coast line which is so close and so gorgeous..
And I love loving all those things and being happy….that feeling of of a central calm inside me..both physical and mental..
I think that over the past few years of journeys and experiences I am really discovering a beautiful way to live and feel alive and for so many reasons that feeling escalated to a new level the past few month’s…
I really think that it is important for everyone to find this feeling at some point in your life..be selfish and do what you need to do…its ok to be selfish and really look inside yourself and find that passion and that fire that makes you happy…whatever it is, where ever it takes you, whoever you meet along the way it all combines to form a life of experience and many different forms of wisdom…
I Dare you…if you haven’t already take a step into the unknown…discover that beautiful you and then share it around…Find that passion and fuel the fire….be that inner happiness and surround your self with your passions…
Its a beautiful way to live and I think it is a special feeling to really discover your self…I am still on that journey and who knows when it will end or when it will truely begin..who knows how much better it can get or how much worse moments that come along could be…its part of the mystery and fun.

passion . excitement . can’t sleep
It’s funny what your mind does the night before a day out on the mountain’s snowy slopes. I watched it go over the mornings activities of getting a tasty breaky rollin’, getting a delicious wholesome lunch packed, garbing up the shred gear and spending a few hours cruising in our trusty steed with 5 beautiful and wild friends. It’s like my mind couldn’t wait to live the experiences of tomorrow. It just had to dive into the realm of imagination, get my excitement brewing and keep me away from the wonders of dream land. Smiling in the dark, coziness of blankets, I realized life already is dream land.
The last 3 years of cultivating our passion of living, through creating light & soul, culminated last week with the release of Animalistic. I have to give mad thanks and hugs to all who came out to the celebration, to all who were involved in creating the collection and the night and to all who embodied their vibe which created an atmosphere like no other I have felt in Calgary. Words do slight justice. You know how it is. Epic.
2011 is unfolding in quite a synchronous way for our generation. For I feel that this year, because of our worldly situation, the passions that are being discovered in our heart’s true voice and the sheer talent and ability we all have individually and collaboratively (even if it’s hiding under some fears and inhibitions) is the year that true, authentic change will arise. It humbles and inspires me to be surrounded by countless people awakening to their authentic selves, people taking leaps to follow their passions, people wanting and who are making a difference in our communities and people who are just beaming with loving good vibes. The changes the world needs are currently manifesting through individual choice and action. Like, damn, if we were all to follow what we loved to do, day to day, moment to moment wouldn’t everything fall into place and align a little more smoothly? No way. Now you’re dreaming. Psh…
Mufasa had it going on with the circle of life thing. You give the world what’s in your heart, what you love and what you need will come flowing right back. Karmatic dynamics!
Yes the mountanions tomorrow are going to be delicious. I am going to dedicate my shred to all who read this mentally, excited frenzy of expressive writing and to all who are being a ripple of regeneration for our radical home dubbed earth. Ahwoo ahwoooo!
